Overview
Research and design toward a more cohesive FINRA experience
Through SCADpro I worked with FINRA on concepts for how broker dealer staff, investors, and other regulators could access and move through FINRA's logged in systems with clearer, role based flows across platforms.
The engagement combined research and early design exploration to stress test what a more unified digital experience could look like while staying grounded in real constraints.
